Term & Conditions

  1. VALIDITY & RATES
    The rates are valid until 31 October 2006 unless spectified in the rate. All rates are quoted in Thai Baht and are subjected to change without prior notice.

  2. RESERVATION
    Reservation shall be made at least 7 days before arrival. However, early bookings are strongly recommended. The following detail in reservation form must be correctly and properly filled in :
         • Exact Arrival & Departure Date
         • Flight details
         • Hotel required, with alternative choice
         • Length of stay
         • Room occupancy basis
         • Optional Tour, if any

  3. CONFIRMATIONS
    All reservation requests will normally be replied within 1 business day. However, there are few cases where the Internet down time may cause missing messages. It is recommended to send your request again if there is no reply within 2 business days.

  4. GROUP BOOKING & SPECIAL PROGRAM REQUIREMENT
    Special rates for group or special program will be provided upon.

  5. CANCELLATIONS
    There is no cancellation fee if the cancellation is made 7 days in advance.

  6. PAYMENT
    Full payment must be received upon Booking Confirmation. When required, pro-forma invoices will be sent together with confirmations. Payment shall be done in full via one of the following methods:
    6.1 Visa or Master Card can be accepted by 3.00% surcharge.
    6.2 Telegraphic transfer to our banker

    Please fax copy of remittance made to facilitate in the clearance of payment from our bank. Bank and finance charges are to be absorbed by the paying party.

  7. REFUND and NO SHOW
    After commencement of tour, no refund in full or in part, will be given for services included in the program that are not utilized.

  8. CHILD RATES
    Child rates apply to children from 2 to 12 years old.

  9. INFANT RATES
    Child under 2 years old is free of charge for all program.

  10. RATE EXCLUDES
    Unless specified in the tour package, beverages, lunches, dinners, airfares, and tourist insurance are not included in the rate price. Laundry, room service, cable charges, telephone charges, tips, excess baggage charges, baggage insurance, airport taxes and all other items not specified in the tour program are excluded from the rate price.

  11. LIABILITY
    Phuket Budget Tour Ltd. acts only as an agent for carriers, transportation companies, hotels and all other contractors and will therefore have to disclaim responsibility for any loss, damages accidents, change of schedule, or other irregularities caused or arising
    from circumstances beyond their control, Phuket Budget Tour Ltd. also reserves the right to change the itinerary with or without notice if found in the best interest of all concerned.
